Always One More Hill
Oh my dear Lord, I do
not mean to complain.
But it seems as it always turns out the same.
I struggle so hard, to climb just one more hill.
I know in my heart, this is your Father's will.

When I reach the top, only to find one more hill
stands in my way. I'll not question why,
I know I can make it, when to you I pray.
These hills would not be there,
if not for your Father's will.
With you as my guide,
I know I will make it up one more hill.

My dear child, there is always another hill
that you may need to climb.
My Father's love for you, left one more hill but
this one would be mine.
Battered and beaten, I did do my Father's will.
And your home in heaven,
was bought when I climbed my last hill.

Don't question the number of hills,
our Lord gives us to climb.
Each hill that is there, at the top we will find.
We're one step closer to heaven, fulfilling God's will.
And my dear Lord I thank you,
for going up Calvary's Hill.
